Enzymes

Enzymes are protein molecules that carry a vital energy factor needed for every chemical action and reaction that occurs in our bodies.  We need them for proper digestion, helping store nutrients, for elimination of waste products (detoxification), rebuilding healthy tissues & to help carry on the action of every cell in your body.

When we were born, we were giving an enzyme potential for the rest of our life.  As we grow older, our enzyme potential is greatly depleted.  What depletes this reservoir?

Stress, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, refined/processed/cooked foods.

When we eat food that are devoid of enzymes, our immune system & many other systems are effected because they have to shift their enzyme potential towards the digestive process.  This means stressed systems are more prone to have digestive problems (heart burn, acid reflux, constipation, bloating, nausea), degenerative diseases (arthritis, auto immune), premature aging, slower recovery periods, toxicity, sickness, aches/pains.

How can you help slow down the depletion of your metabolic stores of enzymes?

Start eating more raw fruits, vegetables & nuts.  Supplement your diet with enzymes when you eat.

The following are possible symptoms associated with three basic digestive enzymes in the body.  Theses are only three of them and there are many more types of enzymes in the body.
